IA “Dunyo” presents a universally recognized national brand – Uzbek plov

The world-famous national dish of the Uzbek people plov – is included in the UNESCO list.

In Uzbekistan, pilaf is cooked in different variations – Tashkent “Wedding pilaf”, Fergana “Devzira pilaf” from Devzira rice, Samarkand pilaf, Bukhara “Oshi Sophi” and a number of others.
